My Story
Sam is a true visionary, driven by a deep passion for serving those who have served our country. As the Founder and Chief Executive Director of the 15:42 Project, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the organization.
Growing up in an Army family, with both parents serving in the Vietnam War and her brother following in their footsteps by joining the Army in 1999, Sam has a profound understanding of the sacrifices made by those in the military community. Her personal experiences have fueled her commitment to making a real difference in the lives of veterans and their families.
Sam has worked in a variety of roles throughout her career, from the automotive industry to the hospitality arena. In her previous dual roles as AGM and Events Director, she gained invaluable experience in managing complex operations and delivering exceptional customer service. She also held a c-level role as a fundraising organizer in the corporate world, where she honed her skills in strategic planning and fundraising.
But it was her work as Membership Director for Lift For The 22 that truly cemented Sam's passion for supporting the military community. For three years, she served as a dedicated advocate for transitioning veterans, helping to provide them with one-year gym memberships to aid in their physical and mental wellbeing. Even today, Sam remains committed to serving service members and their families, using her position at the 15:42 Project to make a meaningful impact in their lives.
As Founder and Chief Executive Director of the 15:42 Project, Sam is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's operations. Her leadership, vision, and strategic planning skills are second to none, and she is deeply committed to ensuring that the 15:42 Project achieves its mission of providing comprehensive support to veterans and their families.
Sam's energy, creativity, and unwavering commitment to the military community make her a true inspiration to those around her. She is a leader, a mentor, and a tireless advocate for those who have given so much to our country. The 15:42 Project is privileged to have her at the helm, and we are excited to see all that she will accomplish in the years to come.
